Information you provide.
Enquiries collect name, business email, organisation, country, material/reference details, message and consent. They are stored privately in WordPress for review. Do not submit passwords, payment cards, identity documents or confidential research.
Accounts and orders.
WordPress and WooCommerce process account, cart and order information. New research accounts remain pending review. No payment gateway is connected to collect payment card details.
Access and retention.
Authorised website administrators and procurement reviewers may access submissions. Security controls and temporary anti-abuse rate limits apply. Retention periods and provider disclosures require confirmation before genuine trading.
